After receiving the Lion Energy Safari UT 250 Battery I immediately opened it to see if I could hook it up to the power inverter. I was actually able to do just that and it was extremely easy and that is saying a lot due to the fact that I am very challenged in regard to hooking up electric and electronics. It is something my husband normally does for me. So that was a big plus. It took me approximately 10 minutes to complete the hook up. The first thing I did was plug in my I-phone and sure enough it began charging. And then a bedside table lamp worked perfectly as well. I am looking forward to using it to power some outdoor LED string lights on the canopy where we do our grilling. Using the Lion Energy Safari UT 250 Battery was a complete success and so easy to hook up. I highly recommend this battery and I am really pleased with its uses.

The Lion Safari UT 250 Lithium Battery goes perfectly with my Lion DIY Solar Kit. Having this reliable, great quality, portable battery puts my family's minds at ease. We get frequent storms and power outages here in Florida and this will really come in handy. It is lightweight and easy to use. Knowing that I have a way to charge all our devices and to keep our food from spoiling is very comforting to me. A few years ago we went through a minor hurricane and lost power for a couple days. All of our meat and food went bad plus eventually all of our devices ran out of juice. I hope to never have that happen again since we now have this wonderful alternative source of energy. I use our Lion Energy solar panel to charge this battery. The thing I love the most about it is that it holds a charge for 2 years. I find that absolutely amazing. The battery is also zero maintenance and has a 7 Year Limited Warranty. I can use the battery along with my Savanna IV power inverter which provides 2 standard AC plugs and 4 USB ports. I can keep the refrigerator going, charge my phone and laptop, as well as run a fan to keep us cooler during the outage. No more being left in the dark without power. I only wish I had been introduced to this product sooner. I really love this high quality and well built battery. It is designed perfectly and is just what we need for emergencies or if we ever decide to hit the road and want to have some portable power. Super impressed! Definitely recommend.

This little battery holds quite a bit of power. I fully charged it with the solar panels and ran my small fan all night. There's still power left in it. It doesn't weigh much at all. My first thought was it needed to be filled with water. The battery is sealed to keep you from making that mistake. But honestly it is so lightweight. No need for handles. So easy, just screw in the posts and it's ready to charge. Small enough to set on a ledge or 2x4 frame in shed. I may get another battery or maybe a larger battery to store more power. It really depends on how much I end up using it. A few of these fully charged would be awesome to have during power outages.
